Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your BazaarPro account and your personal data. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.

If your request cannot be completed straight away — for example because you have an order in progress or an outstanding balance — we will tell you why and complete it once that is settled. Your request stays open; it is not refused.

Two ways to request deletion

In the app — open the Account tab, go to Privacy aur account, and tap Account delete karo.
Using the form below — no app needed. We will verify your identity by calling your registered mobile number before we delete anything.

Request form

Fill this in and send. Your request reaches us directly and you get a request number. (If it cannot be sent, your email app opens with the request prepared — just press send.) You can also phone or email us directly using the details at the bottom.

Your request is not recorded until that email is sent.

What we delete

your name, business name, mobile number, email address and any photographs you uploaded;
your shop address, PIN code and other profile details;
your business verification (KYC) record, including the GST certificate and identity documents you uploaded — both the record and the uploaded files themselves;
your delivery, transport and packing preferences;
your notification settings, saved lists, stock alerts and in-app messages; and
your login credentials. Your account is permanently deleted, not merely disabled — you will no longer be able to sign in, and your mobile number is released.

What we anonymise

Orders for which no tax invoice was issued are kept for stock and dispatch accounting, but your identity is removed from them.

What we must keep, and why

Where a tax invoice has already been issued to you, Indian tax and GST law requires us to keep that invoice for not less than eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. A tax invoice is not legally valid unless it records the name, business name and GSTIN of the recipient, so we cannot remove your identity from an invoice already issued. Records of payments and any outstanding balance are kept for the same period.

Apart from those statutory records, your personal data is deleted. This is explained in full in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
